I help messy technical work become useful, shippable systems.
I’m a product/operator with a weirdly useful mix of product, analytics, marketing, CRM/reporting, and project/program work.
I’ve worked across Baker Hughes, Viessmann, Orbex Group, and my own builds: DojoGate, DocHaven, ShieldRA, TaskMesh, and the AI workflow system I use to run a lot of this work.
The common thread is messy technical spaces: customer pain, data, internal workflows, launches, campaigns, dashboards, roadmaps, and teams that need to get aligned without turning everything into theater.
I’m strongest when someone needs to find the signal, organize the chaos, and get useful work shipped.

Where I've been.
Orbex Group
Product, Growth & Marketing Ops
Owned a messy mix of product strategy, CRM/reporting, analytics, campaign review, trade shows, ABM, budget decisions, and GTM execution. Improved lead quality by moving spend toward channels and workflows that made more sense.
Work: Wheel drives, BLDC motors, slip rings, CRM workflows, ABM campaigns, dashboards
Viessmann
Portfolio, Program & GTM
Led portfolio and program work across apps, portals, design tools, connected products, launches, collateral standards, and regional sales programs. A lot of the job was getting product, market feedback, and execution teams pointed in the same direction.
Work: ViCare app, ViGuide portal, ViPlan design tool, connected heat pumps, launch programs
Baker Hughes
Product, Program & Sales Enablement
Worked across product, engineering, program, and sales enablement for hardware and digital product lines. Turned technical product data, field needs, and regional proof points into launches, eCommerce improvements, workflows, and engineer-ready content.
Work: Hybrid drill bits, eCommerce tools, inventory workflows, landing pages, technical content
A little more depth.
Short case studies on the work that does not fit neatly into one lane: product, systems, analytics, campaigns, launches, and getting people aligned enough to move.
Orbex Group: product, CRM, campaigns, and the connective tissue in between
Connecting industrial product work, CRM/reporting, analytics, campaign ops, trade shows, ABM, and GTM into a clearer operating rhythm.
Viessmann: keeping a broad connected-product portfolio pointed somewhere useful
Managing apps, portals, tools, connected products, launches, regional programs, and market feedback without treating each surface like a separate universe.
Baker Hughes: making technical product data easier to use
Turning product data, field insight, landing pages, trade show learning, and regional case studies into assets engineers and sales teams could actually use.
Things I’m building.
A few products, tools, and systems I’ve built or am actively working on. Some are products. Some are infrastructure. All of them come from noticing a messy workflow and wanting a better way through it.
DojoGate CRM
CRM and quoting system for hardware teams that need cleaner pipeline visibility, pricing logic, reporting, and day-to-day sales ops without turning everything into spreadsheet archaeology.
DocHaven
AI document workspace for searching, organizing, and pulling useful context out of personal or business documents.
AI Workflow Infrastructure
My internal multi-agent operating system for research, content, product work, job search, ops, and decision support. Built because generic tools kept missing the way I actually work.
Doko Dash
Nepal-inspired 2D platformer prototype. Mostly a fun build, but also a useful test bed for feel, constraints, polish, and shipping something outside the usual work lane.
ShieldRA
AI-enabled compliance workflow tool for healthcare teams working through policies, evidence, risk assessment, and audit prep.
TaskMesh
Open-source task queue protocol for multi-agent systems, built around routing, retries, stale detection, concurrency, and making agent work less fragile.

How things work
Let’s talk.
I’m open to product, growth, analytics, BA/BSA, and project/program roles in technical spaces. Best fit: messy work where product, data, users, systems, and execution all need to line up.
